When I was 16, I knew one thing for sure — I wanted to work with people.
I chose psychology, not realizing then how that decision would open completely unexpected doors.
Years later came university, a red diploma with honors, and a move to Moscow. I shifted into IT and economics — and earned another red diploma. I was always driven: learning fast, working hard, pushing to be better, stronger, higher.
In my 19 years in IT, I climbed the ladder — managing projects, building teams, leading complex transformations.
From the outside, it looked like success.
But inside, something was missing.
“Where am I in all this? Where are the people? What’s the real meaning?”
I hit my targets, completed projects — but it all started to feel like an endless, meaningless cycle.
And then, by chance, I joined a coaching training for leaders.
It hit me like lightning.
For the first time, I saw that I could work not just with tasks and deadlines, but with people — their emotions, dreams, and motivations.
That moment changed everything.
I discovered that coaching isn’t just a business tool
— it’s a way to help people be fully themselves, unlock their potential, and move forward with purpose.
Since then, my approach to work — and life — has never been the same.
Through coaching, I found what was hidden behind the façade of achievement:
Real success is not about the number of projects you finish — it’s about inner harmony and meaningful impact.
I trained internationally, got certified as a coach,
studied under top global schools, and created my own transformation method. Along the way, I’ve helped countless people and teams not just solve problems, but truly discover their strengths.
I know what it’s like to be a Scrum Master carrying the full weight of a team that won’t move forward.
To be crushed by deadlines, unseen, unheard, burned out.
I’ve been there.
And now I’m here to help you step out of that invisible role — and become a true leader who inspires, influences, and guides your team through any challenge.
